The team at Stanley are now recruiting for a Head Host. We’re looking for a Head Host who can lead with confidence, elevate service standards, and bring warmth and energy to every shift.

This is more than a hosting role. You’ll be the heartbeat of the front of house team, driving service flow, supporting the team, and ensuring every guest journey is seamless, personalised, and memorable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee and run a smooth, high-performing front-of-house operation
• Lead, train, and inspire the hosting team to deliver consistent excellence
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocation with precision
• Act as the key link between guests and the wider service team
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, setting the standard for service and energy

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in a senior hosting or front-of-house leadership role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A natural leader who motivates and supports their team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, confident, and approachable presence
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
