Set against the stunning backdrop of Brisbane’s iconic riverfront, Stanley Restaurant offers a refined take on Cantonese dining, blending tradition with modern elegance.

The team at Stanley are now currently accepting applications for casual Hosts to join our dynamic Front of House team. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting & welcoming guests, creating memorable first impressions
• Taking guests orders including unique beverage lists 
• Showcasing product knowledge and upselling 
• Efficiently manage table turnover and guest wait times to support a smooth and timely dining flow.
• Collaborate with and support the leadership team to ensure seamless service and uphold restaurant operations.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience hosting within a well-renowned restaurant (fine dining is an advantage)
• A background in high volume, quality hospitality business
• Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality
• A high standard of grooming
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
• Be a positive and collaborate team player.
• Assist with guest requests and requirements.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
