Key responsibilities include:

• Set up the restaurant or function in line with the venue’s requirements.
• Follow company polices and procedures and vision.
• Promote positive guest service standards on each shift to ensure standards of excellence are provided.
• Participate in all pre/post shift briefings to assist with the smooth transition and handover between shifts.
• Ensure the work area is fully maintained including level of stock and cleanliness of equipment.
• Promote a positive working relationship between team members and other departments within the company.
• Handle all guest enquiries immediately and courteously.
• Manage cash register and monetary transactions correctly.

What we’re looking for:

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential for this position 
• Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues is desirable
• Knowledge of the venue and our offerings/activations
• Ability to work close shifts (1am finishes). 
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, as full training will be provided.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
