Barista

Are you made for the morning rush, great coffee and a buzzing atmosphere? We are looking for a Barista to join our Fellini’s team!

Fellini's is inspired by the vibrant street food culture of southern Italy - and it’s all about big flavours, shared moments and an atmosphere that feels just as good as the food tastes. It is a space built on tradition where people come to relax, connect and keep coming back to.

As a Barista, you’ll be the one the kickstart the day by crafting consistently great coffee, keeping pace during busy peak periods, and bringing warmth and personality to every guest interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and hot beverages to order, consistently and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to deliver an exceptional coffee experience.
• Monitor coffee quality and adjust grinders or brewing techniques as needed.
• Handle opening and closing duties for the coffee bar, including setup and pack down.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Collaborate with the wider front-of-house team to support smooth service during busy periods.
• Stay informed about our coffee offerings and other beverage products to confidently answer guest questions.

What we are looking for:

• Proven barista experience in a fast-paced café or hospitality environment.
• Passion for coffee and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong technical espresso skills, including dialling in grinders and latte art.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Availability for early mornings and weekend shifts.
