Felons Brewing Co. is a modern brewery and hospitality destination set beneath the Story Bridge on the banks of the Brisbane River, known for its balanced, approachable beers and its ability to bring people together through vibrant, welcoming experiences.

We are currently seeking casual Kitchen Attendants to join our Felons Kitchen Team!

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Ensure a safe and clean workspace is maintained
• Ensure the venue is supplied with sanitised, clean and dry operational equipment
• Correctly handle chemicals and equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions
• Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of correctly from all kitchen areas each shift
• Store equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware hygienically and safety

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand is beneficial
• Flexibility with rostering (mainly working nights until approximately 2am)
• The ability to commence work as soon as possible
• Work collaboratively with others
