Are you made for the morning rush, great coffee, and a buzzing atmosphere? We’re looking for Baristas to join the team at our Felons Café!

Felons Brewing Co. is a modern brewery and hospitality destination set beneath the Story Bridge on the banks of the Brisbane River. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, quality beer (and coffee), and fresh, approachable menu, it’s a place that brings people together in a warm and welcoming setting.

Whether you’re crafting the perfect coffee or delivering standout service on the floor, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. In early mornings and busy service periods, you’ll bring energy, efficiency, and personality to every shift.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality espresso coffee with consistency and care
• Providing friendly, attentive service and creating a welcoming environment for all guests
• Maintaining strong product knowledge across coffee and menu offerings
• Supporting smooth service during busy periods as part of a collaborative team
• Handling opening and closing duties, including setup and pack down
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented workspace

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced café, bar, or hospitality environment
• A passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering great guest experiences
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Availability for early mornings and weekend shifts
