We’re looking for someone who is all in — passionate about creating a positive team experience, driving engagement and culture initiatives, and continuously improving the way we support our people through smarter processes, systems, and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide trusted, practical HR advice and support across the business, building strong stakeholder relationships and partnering with leaders to support effective change management and positive people outcomes.
- Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters end-to-end, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and dispute resolution.
- Lead a variety of HR projects, from engaging wellbeing initiatives to end-to-end system rollouts and broader people and culture initiatives across the business.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and deliver meaningful HR reporting and insights, leveraging system integration and automation to improve efficiency and support better decision-making.
What we are looking for:
- Similar experience in a HR Advisor role
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, industrial relations, Awards, and policy interpretation.
- Experience in employee relations and performance management, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide clear HR advice.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Relevant HR or business qualifications (Desirable).
