Fellini’s Trattoria is seeking a passionate and talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Howard Smith Wharves. Known for our vibrant atmosphere and warm Italian hospitality, Fellini’s offers guests a refined yet relaxed experience from morning through to late evening.

We’re looking for a breakfast chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes, and brings energy and professionalism to every service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and executing high-quality breakfast service
• Maintaining consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
• Assisting with prep and stock control
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining a clean and organised section in line with food safety standards

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a breakfast or café-style kitchen environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to perform under pressure during busy service periods
• Passion for fresh produce and quality-driven hospitality
• Positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
