Stanley Restaurant & Stan’s Lounge is on the lookout for skilled bartenders to join our team. We’re a venue that takes pride in both our cocktail offering and our fast-paced service environment, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently deliver both.

This position blends classic bartending with dispense service. You’ll be crafting quality cocktails for guests while also supporting the wider venue through efficient dispense bar service during busy periods.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong cocktail knowledge and hands-on experience in making a wide range of drinks
• Confidence working both front-facing and in a dispense bar environment
• Ability to maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

What we are looking for:

• Preparing and serving cocktails to a high standard
• Handling dispense orders quickly and accurately during peak service
• Maintaining a clean, organised bar area
• Contributing to a positive, energetic team environment
• Engaging with guests and delivering a great overall experience
