Stanley is looking for experienced and passionate Section Waiters to join our front-of-house team. Known for our refined take on Cantonese cuisine, we’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Section Waiter at Stanley, you’ll be responsible for managing your own section, delivering attentive and knowledgeable service, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. You’ll work closely with our restaurant manager and operations manager and wider team to uphold our service standards and flow of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive, professional service to guests within your section
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, beverages, and specials
• Ensure consistency in service, presentation, and guest experience
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section and service areas
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a section waiter in a high-volume or premium restaurant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure with speed and accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation
• A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
