Located at Howard Smith Wharves, Mr Percival’s takes inspiration from iconic European beach clubs with its very own unique Brisbane twist. You’ll feel like it’s summer all year-long, making it a must-visit for locals, interstate tourists and global tastemakers.  

We’re looking for energetic and hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering warm, engaging and professional service
• Taking food and beverage orders with confidence
• Running food and drinks across the venue
• Maintaining a clean and organised section
• Working collaboratively with our bar and kitchen teams
• Creating memorable guest interactions in a fast-paced environment

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars or events preferred
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
