Stanley is one of Brisbane’s most celebrated dining destinations, bringing together exceptional Cantonese cuisine, outstanding service and a buzzing atmosphere in the heart of Howard Smith Wharves.

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to join the team and play a key role in delivering the Stanley experience.

As Service Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to ensure every service runs seamlessly, the team is supported, and our guests receive an experience worth coming back for.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team throughout service
• Setting and maintaining exceptional service standards
• Running smooth, organised and energetic services
• Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable experiences
• Managing service issues confidently and professionally
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider leadership team to deliver a seamless experience
• Helping drive a positive, high-performance team culture

What we are looking for:

• Has previous experience in a Service Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager or similar leadership role
• Comes from premium hospitality background
• Is confident leading a large team in a busy service environment
• Has exceptional attention to detail and high service standards
• Leads from the front and isn’t afraid to get stuck in
• Is calm under pressure and knows how to keep a service moving
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is passionate about food, wine and creating memorable guest experiences
• Brings energy, personality and a genuine love for hospitality
