We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role within our growing HR team. This is a hands-on position, responsible for partnering with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional talent outcomes while leading and developing a small TA team.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the business to understand their recruitment needs, build strong talent pipelines and ensure we’re attracting great people across our growing portfolio. You’ll also support and lead the TA team, while staying hands-on with recruitment.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and genuinely enjoys the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll bring a proactive approach, great attention to detail and a genuine passion for finding the right people for our business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Lead and support the TA team, providing guidance, coaching and support across day-to-day recruitment activity.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, LinkedIn and other creative approaches.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for new venue openings, high-volume hiring and key business projects.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and consistent recruitment experience.
• Support and strengthen our employer brand through engaging candidate and talent attraction initiatives.
• Use recruitment data and market insights to track performance, identify opportunities and improve our hiring approach.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

About you:

• Proven experience in agency or in house recruitment.
• Ability to lead and support a TA team, with a natural ability to coach, motivate and share your knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple roles in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to source passive talent.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hospitality experience is a bonus, but a genuine passion for people and recruitment is a must.
