HR Administrator

In this newly created role, the HR Administrator provides support across all employee-related administration, keeping HR processes, records and systems accurate, with a focus on creating a positive experience for our team members.

This role is suited to someone who loves administration and takes pride in getting the details right. If you are highly organised, enjoy bringing order to busy inboxes and systems, and get real satisfaction from ensuring accuracy, you will thrive in our fast-paced and growing business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, performance management, disciplinary, grievance and workplace investigation processes and offboarding.
• Maintain our HRIS, ensuring team member data is accurate, while supporting reporting, system improvements and user queries.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, forms, communication and other HR documentation.
• Manage the HR inbox and be the friendly first point of contact for routine enquiries from team members and managers, providing accurate, timely information and escalating complex matters as needed.
•  Building positive relationships across the business while maintaining professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

What we are looking for:

• A genuine love of administration and a high level of attention to detail.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise your workload, solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, confident manner and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Currently studying towards, or holding, a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not essential)
