Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, Ciao Papi is the perfect spot to sit and take in the river views whilst relaxing over a delicious Italian meal with friends, colleagues, neighbours and family.

As a Bartender at CIAO, you’ll be at the heart of the action, creating great drinks, connecting with guests, and bringing energy to every service. You’ll work closely with our Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager and wider team to deliver an exceptional bar experience while keeping the drinks flowing and the good times going.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide friendly, engaging and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar
• Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages to a high standard
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our drinks menu and confidently make recommendations to guests
• Maintain consistency, speed and attention to detail throughout busy service periods
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked at all times
• Work efficiently as part of the wider team to ensure a smooth and seamless service
• Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA), health and safety, and venue standards

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or premium hospitality venue
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beverage service
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detail
• A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Someone who loves creating great experiences and connecting with guests
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
