Located on Brisbane’s riverfront, Ciao brings a fun, vibrant take on Italian dining, serving up delicious food, great drinks and an atmosphere made for good times.

We’re looking for casual Hosts to join our Front of House team and be one of the first friendly faces our guests see when they arrive.

If you’re warm, welcoming and love creating memorable experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting & welcoming guests, creating memorable first impressions
• Taking guests orders including unique beverage lists 
• Showcasing product knowledge and upselling 
• Efficiently manage table turnover and guest wait times to support a smooth and timely dining flow.
• Collaborate with and support the leadership team to ensure seamless service and uphold restaurant operations.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience hosting within a well-renowned restaurant (fine dining is an advantage)
• A background in high volume, quality hospitality business
• Engaging personal presence with outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, charismatic and engaging personality
• A high standard of grooming
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.
• Be a positive and collaborate team player.
• Assist with guest requests and requirements.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.
