Love Mexican food and ready to run your own menu?

We are looking for a Chef with strong Mexican experience to join the Artemus Group team.

If you know your way around traditional Mexican techniques and ingredients, love bold flavours, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want to hear from you. You'll have real ownership of the menu and the chance to put your own stamp on the food, with rotating menu changes to keep things fresh.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading all culinary operations for the Mexican offering
• Developing, refining and rotating the menu
• Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard of quality and presentation
• Running efficient, high-volume service
• Managing stock, ordering and food costs while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years' experience as a Chef or Senior Cook, with deep knowledge of traditional Mexican techniques and ingredients
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced service (food trailer or mobile catering experience is a bonus)
• A current Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, and comfort working in hot, compact conditions lifting up to 20 kg
