Assistant Venue Manager | Felons Barrel Hall

Inspired by the lively beer halls of Europe, Felons Barrel Hall is a high-energy, premium venue where expertly crafted beer, bold flavours, and live music come together. With a packed events calendar and large-scale service, it’s a place built on connection, atmosphere, and memorable guest experiences.

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Venue Manager who leads from the floor, builds strong teams, and delivers consistently high standards in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving service excellence, developing people, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead large-scale service periods, managing shifts of 80+ team members
• Drive service standards, product quality, and overall guest experience
• Provide strong, visible leadership on the floor during peak trade (including nights and weekends)
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing culture
• Manage guest feedback and ensure smooth, compliant venue operations

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume hospitality environments
• Strong floor presence with a hands-on leadership style
• RSA essential, RMLV highly regarded
• Solid operational, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering standout guest experiences
