Howard Smith Wharves are here to create a vibrant playground for lovers of the good life and bringing together the best of the city into a single thriving destination. Located beneath the Story Bridge, our waterfront home boasts 13 restaurants, cafes, bars, event spaces and a hotel. Along with the multi-awarded Felons Brewery at our heart, we’re dedicated to raising the bar on hospitality.
We’re looking for a Reservations Coordinator to join our team and be the friendly face behind every booking. You’ll be at the centre of the action - managing reservations, coordinating with our venues, and ensuring every guest feels looked after from the moment they connect with us.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all inbound calls
- Maintaining venue email inboxes
- Coordinating reservations for both the Manly Wharf and HSW precincts
- Providing friendly and solution driven customer service
- Liaising with the kitchen and operations teams on a regular basis with regards to upcoming bookings
- Pass on guest feedback to relevant departments and collating this feedback for management
- Creating reports on bookings as required
- Up-selling of product, venue and property
- Flexible hours and days – perfect for university students
- Weekend and afterhours availability will be required
