As a Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while your team feels supported, motivated and set up to deliver great guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the floor, driving guest experience and team culture as a hands-on manager
- Coach and support Food & Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to perform at their best
- Manage wages, comps and wastage while maintaining high venue presentation standards
- Identify and report safety hazards, incidents and near misses
- Act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge and connection to the brewery story
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and lead from the front
- A hands-on approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Current RSA
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
