As we continue to grow our portfolio and invest in the future of our business, we're looking for an accomplished Chief Technology Officer.  This is more than a traditional CTO role. We're seeking someone who sees AI as a competitive advantage, understands how emerging technologies can reshape businesses, and is inspired by the opportunity to position Artemus Group as one of Australia's most innovative, technology-enabled hospitality businesses.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Technology Officer will define and execute Artemus Group's technology strategy while leading the integration of artificial intelligence across every area of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing the Group-wide technology and AI strategy.
• Identifying opportunities to automate, optimise and transform business processes through AI and emerging technologies.
• Building secure, scalable and future-ready technology infrastructure.
• Driving innovation across customer experience, loyalty, data, automation and operational platforms.
• Establishing governance around AI, cybersecurity, privacy and data management.
• Leading enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, integrations and software architecture.
• Partnering with executive leaders to solve complex business challenges through technology.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and ensuring Artemus Group remains ahead of market trends.

What we're looking for:

• Executive technology leadership experience as a CTO, CIO or senior technology executive.
• A proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation.
• Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, automation and emerging technologies.
• Experience leading cloud platforms, enterprise architecture and modern technology ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A passion for innovation and challenging traditional ways of working.
