Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fellini's Trattoria is inspired by the vibrant trattorias of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, bringing together authentic Italian flavours with warm, relaxed hospitality.

As a Barista, you'll help set the tone for every guest's day by crafting exceptional coffee and delivering genuine hospitality. Reporting to the Café Supervisor, you'll work alongside a passionate team in a fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork and guest experience come first.

If you're an early riser who thrives during busy breakfast service and loves making great coffee, we'd love to hear from you. Shifts commence from 5:30 am, with weekday and weekend availability required.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and hot beverages.
• Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to every guest.
• Monitor coffee quality, dial in grinders and maintain brewing standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including coffee bar setup and pack down.
• Maintain exceptional food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver seamless service.
• Share your knowledge of our coffee and menu offerings with confidence.

What we're looking for

• Previous barista experience in a busy café or hospitality environment.
• Strong technical coffee skills, including dialling in grinders and latte art.
• A genuine passion for coffee, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability for early morning, weekend and public holiday shifts.
